These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of T2B Business, including T2B Quote, related websites, software, applications, tools, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
T2B Business is operated by ADL Electric Contractor Inc., a Florida corporation (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
T2B Business provides software and digital tools designed to help businesses manage everyday business operations.
T2B Quote provides tools that may allow users to create, organize, manage, review, and share estimates, quotes, customer information, job information, and related business records.
We may add, modify, improve, or discontinue features of the Services from time to time.
You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms to use the Services.
If you use T2B Business on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.
The Services are intended primarily for legitimate business and professional purposes.
Certain features may require an account, access credential, token, password, email address, or other authentication method.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your access credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
You agree to provide accurate information and to promptly notify us if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.
You may not attempt to access another user’s account or any portion of the Services for which you have not been authorized.
T2B Quote may allow you to enter, store, process, or manage information relating to your customers, jobs, estimates, quotes, and business activities.
You are responsible for the information you enter into the Services and for ensuring that you have the appropriate rights, permissions, and legal basis to collect and use that information.
You remain responsible for complying with laws and regulations applicable to your business and your handling of customer information.

T2B Quote is a software tool that assists users in preparing and managing business estimates and quotes.
You are responsible for reviewing all prices, quantities, descriptions, taxes, fees, terms, calculations, customer information, and other details before sending or relying upon a quote or estimate.
T2B Business does not guarantee that a quote, estimate, calculation, price, tax amount, or other information created through the Services is accurate or appropriate for a particular transaction.
The user is responsible for the final content and use of any quote or estimate.
You agree not to use the Services:
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect users, our systems, or the integrity of the Services.
You retain ownership of business information and other content that you submit to the Services, subject to any rights necessary for us to operate and provide the Services.
You grant us permission to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and otherwise use submitted content only as reasonably necessary to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Services and as otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate applicable law or the rights of others.
T2B Business, T2B Quote, and the associated software, interfaces, designs, branding, graphics, documentation, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to ADL Electric Contractor Inc. and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited right to use the Services under these Terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
You may not copy, sell, sublicense, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit our proprietary software or materials without authorization.
The Services may rely on or link to third-party hosting providers, email services, payment processors, application platforms, analytics providers, or other third-party technologies.
Those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for third-party services that are outside our reasonable control.
Certain T2B Business features may be offered free of charge, while others may require payment or a subscription.
If paid services are offered, applicable prices, billing periods, renewal conditions, and cancellation terms will be presented before purchase or as part of the applicable purchase process.
Purchases made through third-party platforms may also be subject to the billing and refund policies of those platforms.
We work to provide reliable Services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
The Services may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, third-party outages, security issues, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We may modify or discontinue portions of the Services as our products and business evolve.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no guarantee that the Services will meet every business requirement or that all information, calculations, or outputs generated through the Services will be error-free.
You are responsible for reviewing important business information before relying upon it.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ADL Electric Contractor Inc. and T2B Business will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the Services.
This includes, where permitted by law, loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or goodwill.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary because of a violation of these Terms, unlawful activity, security concerns, misuse of the Services, nonpayment of applicable fees, or discontinuation of a Service.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms as T2B Business and its Services evolve.
When material changes are made, we may update the effective date and provide additional notice when required by applicable law.
Continued use of the Services after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
